Trainee Network:
It is our vision to transform junior researchers into competent
transdisciplinary thinkers, as we value and support transdisciplinary
collaboration.  We continue to diligently work towards broadening our
approaches and engaging in collaborative explorations to gain multiple
perspectives. 

We want to share our practices to the group of talented and insightful
junior researches that we have the great pleasure and privilege of
training.It is also our hope to be part of building a dynasty of strong
inter-, multi-, and transdisciplinary researchers who will be better
equipped to leverage resources from multiple disciplines.

Through the Trainee Network we intend to help our trainees:    
-Interact & network with investigators from other disciplines   
-Access research findings & current studies related to tobacco    
-Learn investigative techniques of different disciplines   
-Learn to present & disseminate information to a broad audience   
-Learn or improve science-writing techniques   
-Learn to work cooperatively & effectively communicate with investigators
from other disciplines
